The past doesn't have to keep writing your present.
Trauma takes many forms, and it lives in the body as much as the mind. Together we build safety first, make sense of what happened, then gently process it so it loosens its grip on your day-to-day life.

My approach
Stabilize, understand, then process.
I begin with mindfulness for stabilization. It builds the internal awareness and grounding that make deeper work safe. From there, I use Pia Mellody's Post Induction Therapy (PIT) model for conceptualization and psychoeducation, so what you've lived through finally starts to make sense.
Then we move into EMDR to integrate and process, helping your nervous system file away experiences that still feel raw, so they no longer hijack the present. The pace is always yours.

Why it matters to me
“Healing developmental trauma is how we stop passing it down. The work you do now is a gift to your family, and to the generations after you.”
